How It Works

1. Shop Online

Browse our heritage grains and select your preferred Community Grain Drop location at checkout. There's no shipping charge for pickup orders.

2. Check the Drop Schedule

We deliver to participating pickup locations approximately every 1–2 months. Upcoming drop dates and order deadlines are posted above on this page in advance.

Important: Orders must be placed at least 14 days before a scheduled drop to be included in that delivery. Orders received after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following drop.

3. We'll Bring the Grain to You

We combine customer orders and deliver them to your selected community pickup location.

4. Watch for Your Pickup Notification

Once your grain has arrived and is ready for collection, we'll send you an email with your pickup address, available hours, local contact information, and any special instructions.

5. Pick Up Your Grain!

Collect your order during your location's designated pickup hours. We encourage customers to pick up within 7 days, but orders must be collected within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notification.
